The digital landscape was vastly different when OpenPaper was first envisaged in 2003. Before the rise of social media, blockchain, or modern AI, the concept of an “open paper” was already recognized as foundational to the internet’s promise: the free exchange of knowledge.
For over two decades, this idea and the Intellectual Property (IP) surrounding it has been held as a strategic asset, maturing alongside the internet itself. It carries the authority of age and the clarity of a single, defining concept. Today, as the world moves toward Web3 and decentralized systems, the foresight of that original intrinsic conceptualization is realized.
